Wingboard & Wingfoil Instructor Training

This intense wingsurf seminar on Lake Idro (close to Lake Garda) is for those who want to become wing instructors. Mainly it is intended for windsurf and kitesurf instructors with teaching experience and sporty wing enthusiasts without any idea of giving lessons in this new watersport. All participants will gain skills to teach wing students from the very beginning with a wing on a SUP or hardboard with dagger to the first take-off on the foil.
In the morning (no wind) there is theory and in the afternoon (daily thermical wind) practical training, including methodology and didactics giving lessons on land and in the water. Eventuelly there will be an opportunity to learn wake foiling behind a boat as well (depends on group).
On the last day there is the possibility to get an international instructor certification (optional). The training is organized in association with Foilwindsurfcenter and WSVO.
Surfpoint Anfo is easily reachable by public transport.

13:00–17:00 practical training on hardboard or SUP / schooling

13:00–15:00 practical training on hardboard or SUP / schooling
15:00–17:00 take-off

09:00–12:00 theory
13:00–17:00 foil basics / wake foil (behind boat)

18:00 official end of training
Day 4 possibility to do test and get licence (optional)
The place in the training is reserved, when a deposite of 100 € per participant is transferred to our bank account. Only if a participant cancels up to 14 days before the event, the deposit will be refunded. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event without giving reasons. The deposit will then be paid back. All participants must provide evidence of the VDWS SafetyTool or corresponding liability insurance before the start of the course.
